    With Not A Baker offer your customers a premium cookie experience designed to complement specialty coffee, tea, and thoughtfully curated retail spaces. Our cookies are made in small batches using a gluten-free, grain-free foundation and thoughtfully selected ingredients, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and beautiful presentation. We work with retail partners who appreciate products that feel distinctive, elevated, and easy to enjoy. NAB operates in accordance with applicable Texas Cottage Food Law requirements and is licensed as a cottage food operation. Every order is prepared with care and presented ready for premium retail display.

  • Our pricing is simple and built for retail, with a suggested retail price of 5.00 per cookie. Wholesale pricing is 3.75 per cookie for orders of 12–23 cookies, 2.50 per cookie for 24–47 cookies. At the suggested 5.00 retail price, wholesale partners have room for a healthy retail margin while Not A Baker maintains a straightforward volume structure.

    The wholesale minimum is 12 cookies per flavor per order.

WHOLESALE TERMS

• Delivery fees, when applicable, are quoted separately.
• Orders are confirmed after flavor, quantity, timing and fulfillment details are approved.
• Allergen and ingredient information should be reviewed for the specific flavor before resale.
